Nestes meios, s\u00e3o empregados as tecnologias e princ\u00edpios do uso de substratos cromog\u00eanicos.<\/li>\n<li>Estes meios tem como princ\u00edpio a metaboliza\u00e7\u00e3o, por rea\u00e7\u00f5es enzim\u00e1ticas espec\u00edficas, sobre os substratos cromog\u00eanicos e o produto final desta metaboliza\u00e7\u00e3o resulta em um componente vis\u00edvel na forma de cores e\/ou emiss\u00e3o de fluoresc\u00eancia sob um comprimento de onda (\u03bb )espec\u00edfico.<\/li>\n<li>Hoje vamos falar sobre um meio de cultura muito procurado e difundido nos laborat\u00f3rios de an\u00e1lises cl\u00ednicas: HiCromeTM UTI \u00c1gar<\/li>\n<li>No laborat\u00f3rio de an\u00e1lises cl\u00ednicas, a pesquisa de pat\u00f3genos causadores de infec\u00e7\u00e3o urin\u00e1ria (UTI) representa uma parte significativa das an\u00e1lises microbiol\u00f3gicas.<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<li>Devida a grande diversidade de microrganismos que podem causar UTI, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio realizar a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o das esp\u00e9cie(s) envolvida(s) para a determina\u00e7\u00e3o de uma terapia antimicrobiana eficaz.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-437\" src=\"http:\/\/exodocientifica.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/Capturar2-300x240.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"240\" srcset=\"https:\/\/exodocientifica.com.br\/sexta-azul\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/Capturar2-300x240.png 300w, https:\/\/exodocientifica.com.br\/sexta-azul\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/Capturar2.png 322w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Para o isolamento e a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos microrganismos causadores de UTI, fazendo uso dos meios tradicionais, primeiramente deve-se inocular o material nos meios espec\u00edficos, aguardar o crescimento e ap\u00f3s o desenvolvimento de colonias, realizar as provas bioqu\u00edmicas para a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos mesmos. (Toda esta rotina demora de 48 a 72 horas)<\/li>\n<li>J\u00e1 fazendo uso do HiCromeTM UTI \u00c1gar , esta an\u00e1lise demora de 18-24 horas a 48 horas para a confirma\u00e7\u00e3o final. Isso acontece nos casos onde se tem o desenvolvimento de col\u00f4nias Verde-azuladas ou azul- arroxeadas (rea\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00df-galactosidase e \u00df-glucosidase simultaneamente).<\/li>\n<li>Nestes casos \u00e9 uma rea\u00e7\u00e3o presuntiva do gruo KESC (<i>Klebsiella<\/i><i>, <\/i><i>Enterobacter<\/i><i>, <\/i><i>Serratia<\/i><i>, <\/i><i>Citrobacter<\/i>). Encontrando col\u00f4nias com as respectivas caracter\u00edsticas, realizar as provas de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o convencionais<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-440\" src=\"http:\/\/exodocientifica.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/Capturar5.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"212\" height=\"186\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>COL\u00d4NIAS CASTANHAS ALARANJADAS (com um halo marrom): A atividade de Triptofano Desaminase (TDA) indica um microrganismo do grupo PMP (<i>Proteus<\/i><i>, Providencia, <\/i><i>Morganella<\/i>).
