O piruvato de s\u00f3dio fornece nutrientes essenciais para o desenvolvimento de <em>Listeria<\/em>. A glicose (Dextrose) \u00e9 o a\u00e7\u00facar ferment\u00e1vel. O cloreto de s\u00f3dio mant\u00e9m o equil\u00edbrio osm\u00f3tico. Inibe Gram negativos<\/li>\n<li>\u00c1cido Nalid\u00edxico, sal s\u00f3dico (10 mg): Inibe Gram Negativos<\/li>\n<li>Anfoterinia B (5 mg): Atividade antif\u00fangica<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>O meio Ottaviani e Agosti tamb\u00e9m deve ser suplementado com o L- fosfatidilinositol (suplemento FD214): L.mono Enrichment Supplement I.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><em> monocytogenes<\/em> (tamb\u00e9m <em>L. ivanovii<\/em>) possuem a atividade de fosfatidilinositol fosfolipase C espec\u00edfica (PIPLC) que hidrolisa o substrato presente no suplemento FD214 (L- FOSFATIDILINOSITOL), resultando na gera\u00e7\u00e3o de um halo opaco ao redor das col\u00f4nias.<\/li>\n<li><em> monocytogenes<\/em> possui a atividade da PIPLC em 24 horas de incuba\u00e7\u00e3o.
