{"id":649,"date":"2020-09-04T16:02:48","date_gmt":"2020-09-04T19:02:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/exodocientifica.com.br\/?p=649"},"modified":"2020-09-04T16:53:00","modified_gmt":"2020-09-04T19:53:00","slug":"par-ionico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/exodocientifica.com.br\/sextaazul\/par-ionico\/","title":{"rendered":"Par i\u00f4nico"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A cromatografia de troca i\u00f4nica conhecida como cromatografia de \u00edons (CI), enquanto a cromatografia de par i\u00f4nico e a cromatografia por exclus\u00e3o i\u00f4nica s\u00e3o consideradas como sendo aplica\u00e7\u00f5es mais espec\u00edficas.<\/p>\n<p>A cromatografia de troca i\u00f4nica (CI) \u00e9 baseada em uma rea\u00e7\u00e3o qu\u00edmica estequiom\u00e9trica entre os \u00edons de uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o e uma subst\u00e2ncia s\u00f3lida (resina) contendo os grupos funcionais que podem fixar \u00edons como resultado de for\u00e7as eletrost\u00e1ticas. No caso mais simples, em cromatografia de c\u00e1tions, s\u00e3o grupos de \u00e1cido sulf\u00f4nico; em cromatografia de \u00e2nions, s\u00e3o grupos de am\u00f4nio quatern\u00e1rio. Teoricamente, \u00edons com a mesma carga podem ser completa e reversivelmente trocados entre as duas fases. O processo de troca i\u00f4nica leva a uma condi\u00e7\u00e3o de equil\u00edbrio. O lado em que ocorre o equil\u00edbrio depende da intera\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00edons participantes em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos grupos funcionais da fase estacion\u00e1ria.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-651\" src=\"http:\/\/exodocientifica.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Captura-de-Tela-2020-09-04-a\u0300s-16.00.04.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"342\" height=\"234\" srcset=\"https:\/\/exodocientifica.com.br\/sextaazul\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Captura-de-Tela-2020-09-04-a\u0300s-16.00.04.png 342w, https:\/\/exodocientifica.com.br\/sextaazul\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Captura-de-Tela-2020-09-04-a\u0300s-16.00.04-300x205.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 342px) 100vw, 342px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A cromatografia por par i\u00f4nico \u00e9 uma vers\u00e3o de alto desempenho da cromatografia por troca i\u00f4nica. Essa t\u00e9cnica \u00e9 aplicada na separa\u00e7\u00e3o de amostras i\u00f4nicas utilizando uma fase estacion\u00e1ria reversa. Neste mecanismo de separa\u00e7\u00e3o, o pH da fase m\u00f3vel \u00e9 ajustado de modo a promover a ioniza\u00e7\u00e3o dos componentes da amostra. Adiciona-se o reagente par i\u00f4nico, normalmente surfactantes com cargas opostas aos analitos a serem separados, para <strong>forma\u00e7\u00e3o de um par i\u00f4nico de carga neutra entre o analito e o surfactante<\/strong>. O par i\u00f4nico neutro ao entrar em contato com a fase estacion\u00e1ria reversa, fica adsorvido devido \u00e0 intera\u00e7\u00e3o que ocorre entre a fase estacion\u00e1ria (apolar) e a cauda alif\u00e1tica presente no surfactante, proporcionando a separa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>A cromatografia de par i\u00f4nico \u00e9 mais complexa que a cromatografia em fase reversa, pois o equil\u00edbrio entre o surfactante e a fase estacion\u00e1ria \u00e9 lento, a separa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 mais sens\u00edvel \u00e0s varia\u00e7\u00f5es de temperatura e de pH.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-652\" src=\"http:\/\/exodocientifica.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Captura-de-Tela-2020-09-04-a\u0300s-16.00.10.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"447\" height=\"260\" srcset=\"https:\/\/exodocientifica.com.br\/sextaazul\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Captura-de-Tela-2020-09-04-a\u0300s-16.00.10.png 447w, https:\/\/exodocientifica.com.br\/sextaazul\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Captura-de-Tela-2020-09-04-a\u0300s-16.00.10-300x174.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 447px) 100vw, 447px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Como exemplos de reagente par-i\u00f4nico podem ser citados: \u00e1cido heptafluorobut\u00edrico (HFBA), \u00e1cido tridecafluorohelptan\u00f3ico (TDFHA), \u00e1cido perfluoropentan\u00f3ico (NPFA), entre outros.<\/p>\n<p>O HFBA \u00e9 um \u00e1cido carbox\u00edlico fluorado, muito utilizado como pareador i\u00f4nico por promover a separa\u00e7\u00e3o de analitos polares utilizando fase estacion\u00e1ria reversa e permitir detec\u00e7\u00e3o por espectrometria de massas por ser suficientemente vol\u00e1til.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-653\" src=\"http:\/\/exodocientifica.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Captura-de-Tela-2020-09-04-a\u0300s-16.00.15.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"311\" height=\"187\" srcset=\"https:\/\/exodocientifica.com.br\/sextaazul\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Captura-de-Tela-2020-09-04-a\u0300s-16.00.15.png 311w, https:\/\/exodocientifica.com.br\/sextaazul\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Captura-de-Tela-2020-09-04-a\u0300s-16.00.15-300x180.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 311px) 100vw, 311px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>O mecanismo de separa\u00e7\u00e3o dominante em cromatografia de par i\u00f4nico \u00e9 a adsor\u00e7\u00e3o. A fase estacion\u00e1ria \u00e9 constitu\u00edda, por exemplo, por uma resina neutra de divinilbenzeno poroso de baixa polaridade e alta \u00e1rea superficial espec\u00edfica. Fases estacion\u00e1rias de octadecil silica, quimicamente ligadas, com polaridade menores tamb\u00e9m podem ser usadas. A seletividade da coluna \u00e9 dada pela fase m\u00f3vel. Al\u00e9m de um modificador org\u00e2nico, o <strong>PAR I\u00d4NICO <\/strong>\u00a0\u00e9 adicionado ao eluente (\u00e1gua, solu\u00e7\u00e3o aquosa tamponada etc.) dependendo da natureza qu\u00edmica.
